De-stressify!

The best thing I do to relieve my stress includes yoga and a cup of hot chamomile tea. Yoga is super-relaxing, and the best way to top that off is with tea, nature, and zen music. I love writing too, and sometimes writing poems or writing in my diary is the best way to take a load off a hard day's work being Bianca.
