What news organization covered the weather the best?
With location as a major factor, I would have to say that the NBCDFW News on channel 5 covered Tuesday's tornado drama the best. When checking for weather updates, local news channels are the most accurate sources of information because they have correspondents all over the county. Based on my own TV schedule, I can safely say that the channel 5 news efficiently covered the tornados and constantly brought in breaking updates and good footage as soon as they happened. This was especially attention-grabbing because not only did they have reporters in proximity of the disaster sights, but they also broadcasted non-stop, even managing to fill up the entire hour time slot of the Ellen DeGeneres show. To the NBCDFW news organization, good, uplifting entertainment is insignificant compared to county-wide cognizance of the weather. Thank you.
